Project Recipe
Cut a card base 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" from Coastal Cabana card stock. Score at 4 1/4", fold on the score line, and burnish the edge with a bone folder.
Take the piece of 3 3/4" X 5" coastal cabana card stock and die cut the snow flake panel centered.
Next cut a window sheet 3 1/2" X 4 3/4". Glue the window panel to the back side of the die cut using multipurpose liquid glue. Set aside to dry.
Next, take the basic white 3 1/2" X 2" piece of cardstock, and cut it rounded like a hill for your snow. Then glue this to the window sheet layer only on the edges that will be hidden by the edge of the snowflake layer.
Now cut 2 trees from the parakeet party cardstock, and adhere them, using the multipurpose glue, to the card base. You will need to align your trees so they "sit" under your snow layer.
Take the Basic White 3 1/4 X 2 1/4" piece of cardstock and stamp your snowman, rabbit, and snowman's face using black Memento Ink. Now cut out your snowman and rabbit using the die cuts and a die-cut machine.
Using the Stampin' Write markers color in the rabbit's ears and snowman's nose.
Now take your snowman's scarf and if you would like, cut a notch out so you have two ends hanging-see the picture. Using the multipurpose glue adhere the scarf, hat, arms, and puff ball for the hat onto the snowman.
Now it's decision time. Decide if you want this to be a shaker card or just a 3-D card.
Take your foam adhesive strips and start measuring out a strip for each side, top, and bottom of the snow panel layer and adhere them to the back (window sheet side). If you are going to make this a shaker card, you need to also measure and adhere the strips just below the top edge of your snow.
If you are making this a shaker card, make sure the glue for your trees is dry. Next, put your glitter or sequins or whatever you are filling with on the trees.
Now peel off the adhesive backing from the foam strips and center the snowflake layer over the front of the card base. Adhere, pressing semi-firmly to make sure the strips adhere fully.

Now using the multipurpose liquid glue or Stampin Dimensionals, adhere your snowman and rabbit to the window sheet on your card.
Take the Basic White card stock measuring 4" X 5 1/4", and stamp the sentiment. Then, adhere to the inside of your card base.
Using the Wink of Stella, add some slight sparkle to your snowflakes. Also, add your Opal Round and embellish your snowman's scarf.
