You will need two 8/12 x 4 1/4 pieces-
You will score both of these at 1 1/2 and 3

You will need a piece that is 1 1/4 x 3. You score this piece and 1" from the bottom and the diagonal from bottom left to the top of score line right.

One piece 3 1/2 x 2

You can get all of this from one piece of CS.

DSP are 5 1/4 x 4 and two pieces of 1 1/4 x 4

You are going to place your 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 on top of each other with the score lines on opposite sides.

Attach your pop-up pieces on the second panel on the right side.

Also, glue your pull circles on the back layer.

Then glue the front to the back keeping edges flush together.

Decorated as you wish- If you use the Moody Mauve you must stamp off first.
