Instructions:
Score and burnish card base
Take one 5 1/4 x 4 piece of Basic White and emboss with the Painted Trees Embossing Folder. Adhere this to the card front.
Stamp the largest full tree on the 4 x 3 piece of Basic White using Shaded Spruce Ink (stamp off once if you prefer a softer shade). Die cut the image. Place the die-cut on the card front using dimensionals, spacing it between the 2 embossed trees on the left-hand side of the card front.
Take the strip of DSP and trim each end on the diagonal. Place a bit of double-sided adhesive across the die-cut tree, approximately 3/4" from the bottom of the tree. We are not going to adhere the full strip of DSP, just the section that covers the die-cut tree.
Take the Christmas die and die-cut the strip of Cherry Cobbler card stock. Make sure to line this up so that it's centered, as we will use the negative piece for our project. You can use the die-cut Christmas word for a future project.
Turn over the negative die-cut piece of Cherry Cobbler and apply liquid glue (this is my recommendation since the double-sided adhesive is too wide). Just apply a THIN layer of the glue around all 4 sides. Try not to be heavy-handed with the glue, or it will seep out around the word cut-out.
Take the strip of gold and apply it to the back of the Cherry Cobbler, pressing firmly to make sure it adheres well.
Apply a bit of double-sided adhesive to the center back of this piece (horizontally). This is to hold the Cherry Cobbler ribbon in place. Loop the ribbon back and forth so there's a loop on the top of the strip and one on the bottom. Trim the ribbon ends.
Attach the 'Christmas' layer over the strip of DSP, placing double-adhesive to the bottom and placing 3 dimensional across the top of this strip. Align it so it's slightly off-center, and evenly spaced along the DSP strip.
Stamp the sentiment on the last small piece of Basic White using Shaded Spruce ink. Apply double-sided adhesive to the top of this strip and adhere it to the bottom right of the Christmas strip. You don't need adhesive on the bottom of this strip.
Adhere the embellishments to the card front.
Take the other 5 1/4 x 4 piece of Basic White and stamp the sentiment using Shade Spruce ink.
Stamp the cluster of small trees on the lower left-hand side of the envelops using Shaded Spruce ink.
You are finished!
