- 4" x 5-1/4" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 4" of brown brushstrokes design from Fresh As A Daisy 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper
- 2-7/8" x 3-1/8" from Garden Green Cardstock
- 2-3/4" x 3" from Old Olive Cardstock
- 2-1/4" x 3" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 3" from Pebbled Path Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 2-1/4" from Pretty Peacock Cardstock
- 1" x 1-3/4" from Pretty Peacock Cardstock
- 7/8" x 1-5/8" from Adhesive Sheets
DO THIS STEP FIRST!
Fill the Water Painters with water. Note that the tops of the Water Painters screw on and off in the opposite direction of what you would expect.
Place the small Very Vanilla rectangle on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Squeeze the lid of the Old Olive Ink Pad into the pad to get ink in the pad lid. Open the pad but leave the lid sticking out to the side. Gently squeeze the large, flat brush tip Water Painter to get some drops of water in the lid. Stir the water and ink together and get the brush tip nice and inky. Scribble the watery Old Olive Ink all over the vanilla rectangle.
Squeeze the lid of the Granny Apple Green Ink Pad into the pad to get ink in the pad lid. Open the pad but leave the lid sticking out to the side. Gently squeeze the medium brush tip Water Painter to get some drops of water in the lid. Stir the water and ink together and get the brush tip nice and inky. Use the watery Granny Apple Green Ink to fill in any uncolored areas on the vanilla rectangle.
Squeeze the lid of the Garden Green Ink Pad into the pad to get ink in the pad lid. Open the pad but leave the lid sticking out to the side. Gently squeeze the fine brush tip Water Painter to get some drops of water in the lid. Stir the water and ink together and get the brush tip nice and inky. Use the watery Garden Green Ink to darken some of the areas of the watercolored vanilla rectangle.
Set the rectangle aside to allow it to dry.
Fold the 2-3/4" score line of the Boho Blue card so it is a mountain fold. Fold the 5-1/2" score line so it is a valley fold. This should give you a card with a short flap on the top left and a large base at the back.
As you are ready to stamp using the Rustic Crate Set or Pansy Patch Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Put a piece of Grid Paper on top of the Mat to protect it from ink.
Stamp the sentiment of choice from the Rustic Crate or Pansy Patch Set mounted on an appropriate size block in the center of the horizontal 4" x 5-1/4" vanilla rectangle using Garden Green Ink.
Mount the line of herbs image from the Rustic Crate Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Old Olive Ink Pad. Stamp it two times across the right short edge of the horizontal vanilla rectangle as shown so you get the tops of the herbs on the cardstock. Remember to re-ink the stamp the second time. Leave the stamp on the block.
Adhere the stamped 4" x 5-1/4" vanilla rectangle to the top of the base back of the Garden Green card.
Insert the Fresh As A Daisy Designer Paper rectangle into the Timber 3D Embossing Folder so the grain is horizontal on the vertical rectangle. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the designer paper inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed piece of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Paper to the short flap on the top left side of the Garden Green card.
Adhere the Old Olive rectangle to the center of the Garden Green rectangle.
Put strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back of the horizontal matted Garden Green rectangle on the left side ONLY (up to about the 1-1/2" mark from the left side).
Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape and adhere the matted rectangles to the left front flap of the card ONLY so the top of the rectangles is about 1/2" from the top of the card.
If the watercolored vanilla rectangle is dry, proceed with the next step.
Re-ink the line of herbs image on Block D with the Old Olive Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the watercolored vanilla rectangle.
Pick out the matching line of herbs die from the Rustic Crate Dies. Put it on top of the stamped herbs image on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the herbs are centered in the die. Run through the machine.
If desired, use the medium brush tip Water Painter and ink from the Granny Apple Green Ink Pad lid and the fine brush tip Water Painter and ink from the Garden Green Ink Pad lid to color in some of the leaves to make them a bit darker.
Adhere the herbs cut out to the top of the Old Olive rectangle on the card front so it is centered side to side.
Mount the crate image from the Rustic Crate Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Pebbled Path Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Pebbled Path rectangle.
Pick out the matching crate die from the Rustic Crate Dies. Put it on top of the stamped crate image on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the crate is centered in the die. Run through the machine.
Adhere the crate cut out to the Old Olive rectangle on the front of the card so it is centered side to side and covers the roots of the herbs cut out and the bottom of the crate is about 1/8" from the bottom of the Old Olive rectangle.
Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to one side of the 1" x 1-3/4" Pretty Peacock rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the word "hello" die from the Rustic Crate Dies. Put it on top of the Pretty Peacock rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the Pretty Peacock side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the back of the word "hello" cut out. Adhere it to the bottom right corner of the Old Olive rectangle on the card front so it overlaps the bottom right side of the crate cut out a bit.
Pick out the set of two gardening gloves die from the Rustic Crate Dies. Put it on top of the 1-1/4" x 2-1/4" Pretty Peacock rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere one of the glove cut outs to the front of the card so it overlaps the lower left corner of the matted Old Olive rectangle as shown. Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the other glove cut out over the top of it as shown.
Cut a 9" piece of the Pebbled Path jute trim from the 2023-2025 In Color Jute Trim.
Tie a small bow in the center of the jute trim. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the jute trim bow to the front of the card so it is centered over the top of the glove cut outs at a slight angle as shown.
