ince last month I have been prepping projects for SplitCoastStampers Creative Crew, and one of our challenges was to create a card for a little-known May "holiday". And there were some weird ones, such as Scurvy Awareness Day and There's a Hole in My Bucket Day. During the process I also discovered that May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month, and how ironic that my dear sister was diagnosed with brain cancer this month. The ribbon color for brain cancer is grey, so I went about making a couple of cards with my sister's condition heavy on my heart.
For those of you who believe in the power of prayer, please pray for Janet. She is scheduled for a right frontal lobotomy on May 23 and we are praying for a successful surgery, healing and stamina throughout the process of radiation and possible chemo.
We serve a big God and all things are possible, nothing is too big and we believe He is able to do all that we ask and much more.
