Life is Beautiful "Layered Embossing" |
F or this card I was trying to match the Designer Series paper and emboss with both Gold and Copper.
|
Cuts and Card Base - DSP = Designer Series Paper
Card Base - Thick Very Vanilla - 5 1/2 x 8 1/4 scored at 4 1/4
Layer 1 - Gilded Autumn DSP - 4 x 5 1/4
Layer 2 - Very Vanilla - 3 1/2 x 4 3/4
Layer 3 - Very Vanilla - 2 1/4 x 3
Layer 1 - Adhere to the card front.
Layer 2 - Using Versa mark ink, Stamp the tree and leaves.
Make sure to stamp the tree as close to the bottom edge as possible.
Cover with Copper embossing powder then heat up.
Stamp the leaves in versa mark again over the copper leaves.
Cover with Gold Embossing powder then heat up.
Note: Because this is a distinktive stamp set the finished embossing will have texture.
Wrap ribbon around the sheet about 1 1/2" from bottom edge.
Layer 3 - Stamp the sentiment from the "Here's a Card" stamp set in versa mark ink.
Cover with Copper embossing powder then heat up.
Cut out with a circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.
Using stampin dimensionals adhere straddling the ribbon.
Adhere both layers 2 & 3 using stampin dimensionals to the card front.
On the inside of the card stamp sentiment from "Here's a Card" stamp set in versa mark ink.
Cover with Copper Embossing powder then heat up!
