Impossible Card Fold |
A
lthough this is not an impossible fold, it is hard to believe it is made with a quarter sheet of card stock!
Even though it pops up, it easily fits into a medium size regular envelope.

Cut Blushing Bride Card stock 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
Score in landscape at 2 1/8".
At the bottom of the card cut in 1 1/4" from each side ONLY to the score line.
At the top of the card, cut at 2 3/4" ONLY to the score line.
Fold up on the score line and bring the back left piece to the front. It will look like an "L"
Cut two DSP 2 1/2" x 2" and glue to the front left and back right.
Cut Rich Razzleberry 3/4" x 5 1/2" and glue to the bottom front of the card as shown. This will stablize the card.
Stamp birthday greeting from Label Me Pretty stamp set in Memento Black ink. Color with markers. Punch out with Pretty Label punch. Attach with Dimension Dots to Rich Razzleberry band.
Cut two Whisper White card stock: 3 1/4" x 2 1/4"
Cut two Rich Razzleberry 3 1/2" x 2 1/2".
Stamp Make A Wish greeting from Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set on one of the Whisper White pieces in Rich Razzleberry ink.
Cut a birthday cake from Sweet Soiree DSP and attach with dimensional dots next to greeting. Add some rhinestones.
Glue to Rich Razzleberry and glue to front middle section of card.
The remaining Whisper White and Rich Razzleberry are glued together and put on the back middle section. You can use this to sign the card or write a note (or stamp somthing!)
Stamp "forever young" from Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink on Whisper White card stock. Punch out with Classic Label punch. Attach to the back of the card with glue dots. This will hold the two back panels stable.
Be sure the glue dots to not extend into the opening!
For an Impossible Fold card in portrait:
Cut card stock 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
Score on portrait side 2 3/4"
At the bottom, cut in 1" from each side ONLY to the score line.
At the top, cut in 2 1/8" ONLY to the score line.
