Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Petal Pink Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" of rows of multi-colored dots on white background pattern from Sharew What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 3-3/4" x 4-1/4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 2" from Petal Pink Cardstock
Adhere the piece of Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper to the front of the Petal Pink card.
As you are ready to stamp using the Hello Cupcake Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Put a piece of paper (Grid Paper works great) on top of the Mat to protect it from ink.
Mount the cupcake bottom image from the Hello Cupcake Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it on the large white rectangle so it is about 3/4" in from the bottom and right edges.
Mount the cake layer image from the Hello Cupcake Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Crumb Cake Ink Pad. Stamp it right on top of the cupcake bottom.
Mount the cupcake frosting image from the Hello Cupcake Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Grapefruit Grove Ink Pad. Stamp it right on top of the cake layer of the cupcake. Leave the stamp on the block.
Re-ink the frosting stamp using the Grapefruit Grove Ink Pad. Stamp it onto a Post-It Note near the top so you will have some sticky on the back after you cut out the image. Clean the stamp using the Simply Shammy or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave it on the block.
Use Paper Snips to cut out the frosting image on the Post-It Note just inside the lines. You are making a mask.
Adhere the Post-It Note frosting cut out to the top of the frosting stamped on the white rectangle.
Re-ink the frosting image with the Petal Pink Ink Pad. Stamp it on top of the frosting and Post-It Note already on the white rectangle.
Carefully remove the Post-It Note frosting cut out but keep it handy to use again in a later step.
Mount the sprinkles image from the Hello Cupcake Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it on the bottom layer of the frosting on the cupcake (the Grapefruit Grove layer). Leave the stamp on the block.
Replace the Post-It Note frosting mask over the bottom layer (the Grapefruit Grove) frosting. WITHOUT re-inking the stamp, stamp the sprinkles again on the top portion of the frosting.
Carefully remove the Post-It Note frosting mask.
Tip: Keep the Post-It Note frosting mask inside the case with the stamp set to use again on future projects.
Mount the heart cupcake pick image from the Hello Cupcake Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it in the frosting on the top left side.
Adhere the stamped white layer to the front of the card in the center.
Unlock the Banner Triple Punch. Slide one end of the strip of Petal Pink Cardstock into the punch as far as it will go. Punch.
Mount the "Sweet Wishes" sentiment from the Hello Cupcake Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the punched Petal Pink banner. The edges of the swirls on either side of the sentiment may go off the edges.
Adhere the stamped banner to the left side of the cupcake so the left edge of the banner is about 1/2" from the left edge of the white layer and the bottom points of the banner are about 1/2" from the bottom of the card.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Velvet Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the upper right corner of the banner.
