- 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" from Daffodil Delight OR Petal Pink Cardstock
Adhere the large rectangle of Waves Of The Ocean Designer Paper to the front of the Petal Pink or Daffodil Delight card.
Adhere the small rectangle of Waves Of The Ocean Designer Paper to the 2" x 4-1/4" rectangle of Calypso Coral or Daffodil Delight Cardstock.
Adhere the matted designer paper rectangle to the front of the card on the left side so it is about 5/8" from the top, bottom, and left edges.
Pick out the 3 folding tulip flower dies, 2 of the single, skinnier petal dies, and the notched single petal die from the Tulips Dies.
For the yellow tulips, put two of the folding tulip flower dies and the notched single petal die on the 2-1/4" x 4-1/4" So Saffron strip. Put the remaining folding tulip flower die and the 2 single, skinnier petal dies on the 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" Daffodil Delight strip. Put everything on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Make sure the cardstock and dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine.
For the pink tulips, put two of the folding tulip flower die, the notched single petal die, and one of the single, skinnier petal dies on the 2-1/4" x 4-1/2" Petal Pink strip. Put the remaining folding tulip flower die and the remaining single, skinnier petal die on the 2-1/4" x 2-1/2" Calypso Coral strip. Put everything on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Make sure the cardstock and dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine.
Fold the folding tulip flower cut outs along the score lines. Working on a Silicone Mat, use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the folded tulips together. Adhere the single petal cut outs or notched petal cut out inside or off to the side of the folded tulip flowers using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
As you are ready to stamp using the Flowering Tulips Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the stem image from the Flowering Tulips Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Granny Apple Green Ink Pad. Stamp it three times on one side of the vertical Granny Apple Green rectangle. Make sure to re-ink the stamp each time. Leave some room to stamp three leaves in a minute. Leave a little space between each image so you can cut them out with the dies.
Mount the longer leaf image from the Flowering Tulips Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Granny Apple Green Ink Pad. Stamp it on the other side of the stem stamped vertical Granny Apple Green rectangle. Leave some room to stamp two shorter leaves in a minute. Leave a little space between each image so you can cut them out with the dies.
Mount the shorter leaf image from the Flowering Tulips Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Granny Apple Green Ink Pad. Stamp it twice on the previously stamped Granny Apple Green rectangle. where there is space. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Leave a little space between each image so you can cut them out with the dies.
Pick out the longer leaf die, shorter leaf die, and shorter stem die from the Tulips Dies. Put them on top of the stamped long leaf, one of the short leaves, and one of the stems images on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so they are centered over the images. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine. Repeat until you have cut out all three stems, both shorter leaves, and the longer leaf.
Working on the Silicone Mat, put a tiny dot of Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the back of each tulip flower at the base. Adhere them to the tops of the stem cut outs so the stems are as straight down as possible.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the tulip flowers on stems and leaf cut outs on the card front so they are mostly on the matted designer paper rectangle to figure out spacing and placement. Once happy, adhere the pieces in place. If necessary, cut off excess stems at the bottom using Paper Snips Scissors.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Celebrating You Set on an appropriate size block. Ink it up with the Calypso Coral Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the horizontal 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" Daffodil Delight or Petal Pink strip so it is centered top to bottom. Leave room to punch the sentiment out.
Unlock the Tailored Tag Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped sentiment into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Adhere the sentiment punch out to the front of the card so it overlaps the bottom right side of the matted designer paper rectangle and the bottoms of the stems and leaves as shown.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 2 small Mango Melody or Calypso Coral sequins from a sheet of Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequins making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the centers of the left and right sides of the sentiment punch out.
Cut a 10" piece of the Very Vanilla 3/8" Scalloped Lace Trim.
Tie a small bow in the center of the lace trim. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the lace trim bow to the front of the card as shown.
