Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer and Paper Snips:
- card from Emerald Envy Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Soft Sky Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 5 different gemstones cut from blue and green gemstones on white background design from Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper
Pick out the oval framelit from the Layering Ovals Framelits that cuts out a 3-1/4" long oval. Place the oval framelit in the center of the white rectangle on your work surface. YOU ARE NOT USING THE BIG SHOT! Very, very lightly trace the inside of the oval using the pencil. Remove the framelit and put it away.
Mount the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the Eclectic Expressions Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Emerald Envy Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the oval drawn on the white rectangle.
Mount the large, more solid circle image from the Eclectic Expressions Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Soft Sky Ink Pad. Stamp it three times on the white rectangle so that the pencil line goes through the center of the circle each time you stamp it. Remember to re-ink each time. Clean the stamp with the Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave it on the block.
Tip: This stamp is designed to give you varying degrees of ink on the stamped image.
Ink up the large circle image with the Old Olive Ink Pad. Stamp it three times on the white rectangle so that the pencil line goes through the center of the circle each time you stamp it. Let some of the circles overlap previously stamped circles. Remember to re-ink each time. Clean the stamp with the Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave it on the block.

If desired, use the fine tip of the Soft Sky Marker to color in the lines in the letters of the sentiment.
Tip: This is a very subtle difference, so you don't have to do it if you don't want to.
If you haven't already done so, carefully cut out 5 different gemstones from the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper using Paper Snips.
Use the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to paint some shimmer onto each of the cut out gemstones.
Cut an 8" piece of Bermuda Bay 1/8" Ribbon from the Shimmer Ribbon Pack.
Tie a small bow in the ribbon and trim the ends.
Use the eraser on the pencil to carefully erase the pencil line oval where it shows through the stamped circles.
Adhere the stamped white layer to the Soft Sky layer and then to the front of the Emerald Envy card.
Adhere two of the gems in the upper left of the oval of circles using SNAIL and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Let the gems overlap a bit.
Adhere the remaining three gems in the lower right of the oval of circles using SNAIL and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Let the gems overlap a bit.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the bow below the grouping of three gems on the lower right at a slight angle.
Carefully peel up three different Dapper Denim and Old Olive circles from a sheet of Glitter Enamel Dots making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere them randomly to the card front on some of the circles.
