Cut cardstock and designer series paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Garden Green Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 11" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Soft Sky Cardstock
- 3" x 3-3/4" of sunflowers and leaves on light blue background design from Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper
- 1-1/4" x 3" of diagonal vanilla stripes on washed green background from Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper
- 2-1/2" x 3" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 2 pieces each 3" square from Whisper White Cardstock
Adhere the diagonal stripes piece of Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper to the Soft Sky rectangle so it is centered side to side and about 1" from the bottom.
Adhere the sunflowers and leaves piece of Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper to the Soft Sky rectangle so it is centered side to side, overlaps the striped piece of designer paper just a bit, and is about 1/2" from the top.
As you are ready to stamp on each piece of cardstock using the Daisy Delight stamps, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "thank you" sentiment from the Daisy Delight Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Garden Green Ink Pad. Stamp it along the bottom of the 2-1/2" x 3" piece of white cardstock.
Mount the solid leaf image from the Daisy Delight Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Lemon Lime Twist Ink Pad. Stamp it on the left side of the white rectangle just above the sentiment at a slight downward angle with the stem towards the center. Re-ink the stamp and stamp it again just above the first leaf at a straighter angle and then re-ink again and stamp a final time just above the second leaf at a slightly upward angle. Let the leaves overlap a bit.
Mount the outline leaf image from the Daisy Delight Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Garden Green Ink Pad and stamp it over one of the previously stamped solid leaves. Stamp it two more times over the other two solid leaves remembering to re-ink the stamp each time.
Adhere the stamped white rectangle to the card front so it is centered side to side on the sunflowers and leaves designer paper piece and even with the bottom of this designer paper.
Cut a 5" piece of Gold 1/8" Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon piece across the card front so it covers the seam between the white rectangle/sunflowers and leaves designer paper and the striped designer paper. Flip the card front over and fold the ends of the ribbon over. Adhere them in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the ends.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add more SNAIL to the back of layer. Adhere the layer to the front of the Garden Green card.
Cut a 4" piece of Gold 1/8" Ribbon. Slide one end under the ribbon on the front of the card. Tie it in place using a half knot so it is just under the "th" in the word "thank." Trim the ends.
Mount the large outline daisy image from the Daisy Delight Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Crushed Curry Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of one of the 3" squares of Whisper White Cardstock. Re-ink the stamp and stamp it in the center of the other white square.
Tip: If you make sure that one of the petals of the daisy is pointing straight down when you stamp it, then it will be easier to line things up in the Daisy Punch for punching the daisy out. Otherwise, you might need to cut a corner off of the cardstock so that you can move the cardstock around to line things up.
Use the Light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Marker to color in the petals of one of the stamped daisies. Go outside of the lines a bit.
Use the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Marker to color in the petals of the other stamped daisy. Go outside of the lines a bit.
Mount the solid daisy center image from the Daisy Delight Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Stamp off on to Grid Paper one time. Stamp it in the center of the light colored daisy.
Mount the outline daisy center image from the Daisy Delight Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the light colored daisy over the previously stamped center.
Unlock the Daisy Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide one of the stamped daisy squares into the punch. Carefully line up the image so it is centered in the punching area. You may have to trim a bit of card stock off one corner or one edge of the square using Paper Snips to get things to line up properly. Punch.
Tip: VERY IMPORTANT - before removing the cardstock from the punch, slide a piece of copy paper into the punch. Then, slide the square of cardstock and the copy paper out at the same time. This will keep the pointy edges of the punched piece from catching on the punch and tearing.
Slide the second stamped daisy square into the punch and repeat the step above. Remember to use the copy paper to slide the punched cardstock out of the punch easily.
If needed, color in any white areas on the daisies using the matching Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Marker.
Adhere the two daisy punch outs on top of each other so they are slightly offset to make one big, full daisy. Make sure the daisy with the stamped center is on top.
Adhere the daisy to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals so it is to the right of the leaves and covers the stems and sticks out over the top of the white rectangle just a bit.
Adhere a 1/4" Gold Faceted Gem to the lower left side of the daisy center.
