T his image would work for so many occasions AND it comes from a stamp set that is free until the end of the month with Sale-a-bration. I used Night of Navy for my background color, but you could use a variety of colors.

Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half lengthwise. You now have two pieces 4 ¼ X 11. Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut Neutrals Night of Navy striped paper 4 X 5 1/4
Adhere Card Front to Card Base
Stamp image with Black Memento ink. Color with blends, I used light soft suede, light night of navy, dark night of navy.
Die cut with oval stitched framelit. I used the one that just fits around the image.
Cut Night of Navy oval from Layering ovals.
Adhere Night of Navy oval to card front. Attached colored image with dimensionals to Night of Navy oval.
Stamp sentiment on Whisper White paper. I used Night of Navy ink, you could use the Black Memento ink you used to stamp image.
Punch out stamped sentiment with classic label punch.
Punch out a Night of Navy mat for sentiment with classic label punch.
Adhere punched out sentiment to Night of Navy mat and trim one end. Adhere to card front.
