Cutting:
Thick Whisper White Cardstock 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4
Pacific Point Cardstock 2 1/4 x 5 1/4 for die-cut, 5 1/4 by 4 for layer
Watercolor Paper 3 3/4 x 5
Preparation:
Watercolor Paper
Stamp dots randomly with water and then sprinkle with Blue Brusho Crystals. After this step I went over the area using the dotted stamp to pick up some of the color and fill in.
Stamp the sun with water and then sprinkle with yellow Brusho Crystals Let dry and then stamp the sun again over the yellow with Mango Melody.
Die cut the waves in Pacific Point.
On a small piece of Whisper White Cardstock, stamp the boat in Sahara Sand, stamp the back sail in Lovely Lipstick, the front sail in Grapefruit Grove, and the flag in Pineapple Punch. Fussy cut the boat.
Stamp Happy Birthday in Pacific Point.
Assembly
Adhere the Pacific Point layer to the card base.
Adhere the Watercolor layer to the card base.
Adhere the wave to the bottom of the card.
Add a few rhinestones to add "glisten" to the water from the sun.
Attach the boat using Stampin Dimensionals.
Stamp the back of your card and your inside sentiment.
