Cut Whisper White Thick card stock 5.5 x 8.5, score at 4.25 and fold to make a top fold A2 greeting card.
Cut Pool Party card stock 4 x 5.25, spritz lightly with water and emboss using the Basket Weave Dynamic embossing folder.
Sandwich for the Big Shot:
Standard platform
Dynamic folder with card stock inside
Clear plate
Cut three pieces of Whisper White 1/8" shear ribbon 6" long and two pieces 7.25" long.
Place some Snail on the back of the embossed Pool Party Piece where you want the vertical pieces of ribbon to be. I placed mine so that they centered on the vertical lines of the embossed piece. Wrap the ends around to the back and adhere to the Snail.
Do the same with the two horizontal pieces weaving them through the vertical pieces so you get that "woven" look with the ribbon.
Once the ribbon is in place attach the Pool Party piece to the card front. For this I used Tear n Tape on all four edges because with the texture it was difficult to get the snail to adhere the piece properly.
Stamp two butterflies with Berry Burst ink and one with Flirty Flamingo ink and cut out with scissors.
Attach to the ribbon on the card front with Mini Dimensionals
Stamp the basket onto regular whisper white card stock with Basic Black Archival ink and let dry well so it doesn't smear when you color it. (the thick card stock does not work wel with the dies and could damage them)
Use blender pens and Old Olive, Berry Burst and Flirty Flamingo to color the flowers and leaves then Pool Party and Island Indigo to color the basket. I interchanged the pool party and island indigo on the basket to give it more depth.
When finished coloring attach to card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
