Cut the punched designer paper strip in half down the middle.
Adhere one piece of the punched designer paper strip to the center of the candles designer paper piece so the points almost touch the left edge.
Adhere the other piece of the punched designer paper strip to the center of the candles designer paper so the points almost touch the right edge. Make sure the two pieces of the punched strip are in line with each other.
Adhere the candles designer paper piece to the front of the Tangerine Tango card.
Mount the "here's to another year full of adventures!" sentiment from the Balloon Adventures Photopolymer Set on Block I. Ink it up with the Pacific Point Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white rectangle.
Use the Tangerine Tango Marker to color in the letters of "another year" on the stamped sentiment.
Adhere the stamped and colored sentiment to the front of the card in the center so it covers the ends of the designer paper strips.
Cut a 4" piece of Crushed Curry Baker's Twine.
Pick out one of the balloon charms from the Party Animal Embellishments. Tie the Baker's Twine to the charm and trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the charm to the lower left corner of the sentiment rectangle.
Cut an 8" piece of Emerald Envy 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon. Tie in a small bow. Trim the ends.
Adhere the bow to the top of the charm using a Mini Glue Dot.
