Use the Light and Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends to color in the fish.
Use the Light and Dark Blackberry Bliss Stampin' Blends to color in the bow on the fish.
Use the fine tip of the Light Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends to hand draw a thought bubble around the fish and to add some dots leading down from the bottom of the thought bubble.
Use the Color Lifter Stampin' Blends as needed to remove excess color.
Adhere the stamped and colored white rectangle to the center of the Coastal Cabana rectangle and then to the front of the card in the center.
Mount the otter floating on his back with a fish in his paws water image from the Awesome Otters Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the watery designer paper square.
