Angled Tri-Fold Card - Bottled Happiness |
|
H ello and welcome to my blog; today I have a super cute project to share with you using Bottled Happiness Bundle. The Bottled Happiness Bundle is in the 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up! ®™ Annual Catalog and on my Online Store and can be found on page 16. This was a super easy project and I know that you are going to love it. Here’s a look at today’s featured project and in this blog post I will give you some tips & tricks on how to recreate it as well.
Cut Granny Apple Green Cardstock at 5 1/2" x 11". Score at 3 3/8" and 7 5/8". Fold and burnish the score lines.
On the two flaps on the front you are going to mark at the top and bottom at 1" from both with a pencil.
Place in Paper Trimmer at the 1" mark and at the top of one corner at the score line. Cut from the 1" mark up to the corner. Repeat with the other three marks and corners.
Cut two pieces of the Metallic & Shimmer 6 x 6 Speciality Paper at 3 1/8" x 5 1/8".
Place the two pieces of Metallic & Shimmer Specialty Paper together with right sides together. Mark at 1" at the top and bottom of one side and repeat the same cut as the card base.
Attach to the card front with strong adhesive.
Cut belly band at 1" x 9 3/4". Wrap around the card base and secure close. Cut a piece of the Metallic & Shimmer 6 x 6 Specialty Paper at 3/4" x 3 3/4". Attach to the front of the belly band.
Cut Basic White Cardstock at 3" x 4 1/4". Stamp the Flowers from Bottled Happiness in Crush Curry Ink. At the top of this piece.
Ink up the leaves in Granny Apple Green Ink. Take a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker and color the center of the flowers. Line up with the flowers and stamp.
Stamp the bottle in Granny Apple Green Ink on scrap of Basic White Cardstock. Punch out with the Vintage Bottle Punch. Wrap Linen Thread around the top of the bottle and tie into a bow. Attach to the focal image with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment in Tuxedo Black onto a piece of 3/8" x 3 3/8". Cut at an angle on both ends. Attach to the card front with adhesive.
Attach focal image to a 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" piece of Crushed Curry Cardstock. Attach to the front of the belly band with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add a few Champagne Rhinestones to the center of each flowers to finish the cards. Add a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Basic White Cardstock.
Close the card and place the belly band on the card.
