All Adorned Framed Best Ever |
P retty card using Stampin' Up! products including some that can be earned for FREE during Sale-A-Bration 2019.
Cut cardstock, designer paper, and Foil Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Poppy Parade Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" of rows of white circle flowers on red background pattern from Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper
- 4" square from Whisper White Cardstock
- 3" x 3-1/2" of Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheets from Grapefruit Grove & Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheets
- 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" from Petal Pink Cardstock
Carefully remove a magnet from the back of the Stamparatus.
Place the Stamparatus in front of you with the open sides of the Stamparatus on the left and bottom. Insert one hinged plate into the Stamparatus on the right side. Put the foam mat on the base of the Stamparatus. Put a piece of Small Grid Paper on top of the foam mat on the Stamparatus.
Place the large white square on the Stamparatus base so the top is on the horizontal 1" line on the Small Grid Paper and the left edge is on the 6" vertical line on the Small Grid Paper. Use the magnet in the center of the square to hold the cardstock in place.
Pick out the filigree corner image from the All Adorned Set. Place it upside down on the upper left corner of the white square so it almost touches the left and top edges . Close the plate on the Stamparatus and press firmly so the stamp sticks to the plate. Open the plate.
Ink up the stamp on the plate using the Petal Pink Ink Pad. If you get excess ink on the plate, you can wipe it off with a baby wipe or tissue. Close the plate onto the white cardstock and press down firmly. Open the plate.
Tip: Slide a Clear-Mount Stamp Case under the plate before inking up the stamp. This gives you a firm, flat surface to push against making it easier to ink up the stamp.
Tip: If you have a Petal Pink Stampin' Spot on hand, use it to ink up the stamp instead of a full sized ink pad. It will give you more control and will help keep stray ink from getting on the plate.
Remove the magnet and rotate the white square a quarter turn. Put it back on the base so the top is on the 1" horizontal line and the left edge is on the 6" vertical line. Put the magnet back in the center. Re-ink the stamp on the plate and stamp. Repeat two more times until you have stamped the image in all 4 corners of the white square. Remember to rotate the cardstock a quarter turn each time and re-ink the stamp each time.
As you are ready to stamp using the All Adorned Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp
Mount the tiny heart image from the All Adorned Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp it on the top of the stamped white square so it is centered in the space between the two corner images and the bottom of the heart is pointing down. Leave the stamp on the block.
Rotate the stamped white square 180 degrees (two quarter turns). Re-ink the tiny heart image with the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp it on the top of the stamped white square so it is centered in the space between the two corner images and the bottom of the heart is pointing down.
Tip: You should now have two hearts stamped on the stamped white square. One at the top and one at the bottom with the bottoms of the hearts both pointing to the center of the square.
Adhere the stamped white square to the center of the rectangle of Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper so about 5/8" of designer paper shows on the left and right sides of the square.
Pick out the large, open, filigree-edged framelit from the Stitched Labels Framelits. Place the Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheet rectangle on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the filigree-edged framelit on top. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces.
Cut a 6" piece of the Petal Pink 1/4" ribbon from the Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack.
Lay the ribbon across the back of the Grapefruit Grove Foil filigree oval cut out. Thread the ends of the ribbon through the elongated ovals on either side of the cut out. Put Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the filigree oval cut out. Remove the protective backings.
Adhere the filigree oval cut out with ribbon threaded through the edges to the center of the stamped white square so that the ends of the ribbon stick out to the right and left sides.
Flip the stamped white cardstock/designer paper rectangle over and fold the ends of the ribbon over. Adhere the ends of the ribbon in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add SNAIL to the back of the designer paper. Adhere it to the front of the Poppy Parade card.
Mount the "you are pretty much the best ever" sentiment from the All Adorned Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Petal Pink rectangle.
Pick out the oval framelit from the Layering Ovals Framelits that cuts out an oval that is 1-13/16" wide. Place the stamped sentiment on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the oval framelit on top so it is centered over the sentiment. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Use the brush tip of the Poppy Parade Marker to outline the edge of the sentiment oval cut out.
Use strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the sentiment oval cut out to the center of the foil filigree oval cut out.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up two medium heart droplets from a sheet of Heart Epoxy Droplets making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them over the stamped hearts on the card front.
Cut a 3" piece of the Petal Pink 1/4" ribbon from the Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack.
Slide one end of the ribbon under the ribbon on the card front to the left of the filigree oval cut out and tie it in place using a half knot. Trim the ends.
