Project Recipe
Score and burnish Call Me Clover card stock at the 4 ¼ ” mark for base card.
Cut Card Stock at the 5 ½” mark for base card.
Cut (2) Whisper White card stock pieces- one at 4” x 5 ¼” (inside layer) and one at 4 ¼” x 5 ½” (top layer).
Cut (1) Soft Suede card stock piece at 4” x 5 ¼” (top layer).
Punch 2 Soft Suede, 2 Crumb Cake, 2 Early Espresso, 2 Sahara Sand card stock dogs using the Dog Punch .
Working on your grid paper, center and glue the focal point dog on the top layer Whisper White piece.
Glue the playful pups to Whisper White quarter sheet as shown. Hang them off the card stock. Place glue carefully on the pups, making sure you only add glue to the parts of the pup that will be affixed to the layer.
Using the Big Shot and Stitched Rectangle framelits, center and die-cut the top Whisper White layer using the largest framelit and the sentiment piece using the smallest. Roll back and forth a few times to ensure a solid cut. Pay special attention to gluing and placing of the tails.
Use the Big Shot to die-cut the word Friend in Call me Clover.
Adhere Soft Suede top layer to card base using Multi-purpose Glue.
Adhere Pup layer to card base using Multi-Purpose Glue.
Adhere inside layer inside card using Multiple-Purpose Glue.
Adhere the Friend die cut piece to the sentiment piece by peeling the adhesive backing. Make sure to keep track of the little dot over the “i” in Friend.
Stamp the Hello sentiment using Crumb Cake ink as shown on the sentiment piece.
Stamp paws and sentiment on inside layer and lower left hand side of Medium Whisper White envelope.
Affix the center dog and sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
