Project Recipe
Cut Peekaboo Peach card stock for card base to make an unfolded measurement of 8.5 x 5.5". Score at 4.25" to fold.
Cut striped paper from Playful Palette designer series paper to 5.25 x 4.25" inches so that the stripes run the long way.
Mat the Playful Palette striped paper to the front of the card and set aside.
Cut 3.5" Emerald Envy square with largest scallop layering circle and Blushing Bride square with the 2.5" scallop.
Place Blushing Bride scallop on a piece of scrap paper with a fold in the middle. Using VersaMark and the carousel stamp, stamp the image in the center of the scallop then cover with silver Stampin' emboss. (If you have one, use your embossing buddy to wipe down the scallop first.) Use your heat tool to emboss.
Use the Stampin' write markers and a white gel pen to color your image. I used Peekaboo Peach, Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum, and Emerald Envy.
Mat the Blushing Bride scallop onto the Emerald Envy scallop, centering carefully.
Using the white gel pen, place a small dot in the center of each scallop along the edge of the blushing bride circle. Repeat with the Emerald Envy circle using either a white or silver gel pen.
Stamp the "I love when your birthday comes around" sentiment on the 3.25 x 1" piece of Blushing Bride using the Emerald Envy ink pad. And mat on the 3.625" (3 5/8) x 1.25" piece of Emerald Envy
Adhere the scallops and the sentiment to the card front to finish. (I used the second sentiment on the inside of the card.)
