A general card made using products from the Perennial Essence Suite.
Project Recipe
Take a piece of Balmy Blue Cardstock measuring 11.5" x 5.75" and score along the long side at 5.75". Fold and burnish the scoreline to form a square card base.
Attach a piece of Designer Series Paper meauring 5.5" x 5.5" to the front of your card blank leaving an even border all round.
On a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, stamp out the following:-
3 large flowers using the Blushing Bride and So Saffron Inks
2 small flowers using the Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry Inks
2 small flowers using the Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry Inks as 2nd generation stamp images (ie ink the stamp, stamp the image on a scrap of paper then, without re-inking the stamp, stamp the image onto your cardstock, producing a lighter image).
5 leaf sprigs using the Old Olive Ink.
Using a pair of Paper Snips, 'fussy cut' around each of the flowers leaving a small white border. Use the Leaf Punch to cut out the leaf sprigs. Use a bone folder or your fingers to curl the elements to give them more dimension.
Arrange the elements on the base card as shown in the photo.
Stick the large flower in the corner and the leaves with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. All the other elements are attached using Stampin' Dimensionals.raising some areas up on double dimensionals (ie one stuck on top of another)..
That's it - your card is now finished! Sit back and admire your creation,
