Cut Paper

Whisper White: 4-1/4" x 11", scored at 5-1/2"
Whisper White: 3-3/8" x 3-3/8"
Real Red Stripe: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
Night of Navy: 3-1/2" x 4-3/4"
Window Sheet: 3-3/8" x 3-3/8"

Adhere the Red Stripe paper to the Whisper White card base. Die cut a star from the middle of the Night of Navy card stock.

Adhere the Window Sheet over the opening for the star. You may use Tombow, SNAIL, or Fast Fuse.

Apply the foam adhesive strips around the border of the star. Make sure that you cannot see the strips through the front of the star. Do not remove the backing yet.

Create the confetti by punching stars from Real Red, Night of Navy, and Silver Glimmer cardstock.

Fill the star with the confetti, then remove the backing on the foam adhesive strips. You don't want to completely fill the opening or you won't get a lot of shaking.

Place the Whisper White square over the star, completely sealing the shaker. Add Stampin' Dimensionals to the corners before adhering to the front of the card.

Add stamps, punches, and embellishments to complete your shaker card.
