A lovely card to say thank you using several items from the Peaceful Poppies Suite.
Project Recipe
Cardstock:
Card Base is 8.5” X 5.5”, scored and folded at 4.25 inches.
2 - DSP is 4” X 5.25”
2 - Whisper White layer is 3.75” X 5”
Scraps of whisper white, mossy meadow, old olive and rich razzleberry cardstock.
Adhere the DSP to the card base, one is for the inside, one for the front.
Random stamp leaf on one of the whisper white layers. Adhere this to the front of the card.
Stamp three of the larger flowers on whisper white card stock scrap, two of the smaller flowers, and the sentiment ‘Thank You’ using Crushed Curry Ink.
Stamp flowers on the envelope flap and one on the front of your envelolpe.
Using your die cutting machine cut the three large flowers and two small flowers using the dies in the Painted Labels Dies. Also cut the sentiment out with one of the frames from this die set.
Cut three each of the layering leaves in the Poppy Moment Dies. The larger, bottom layer, is cut out of Mossy Meadow Cardstock, the layering piece is cut from Old Olive Cardstock.
Cut three flower centers using the Poppy Moments Dies out of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.
Adhere the leaf layers using glue.
Now is a great time to use your Wink of Stella Glitter Brush on the flowers and flower centers. You will notice a little of the ink is picked up on the brush; your flowers will have a very light Crushed Curry color.
Glue leaves onto card front, arrange 3 large flowers over the leaves, one is flat to the card, one has one dimensional layer, the last has two dimenstionals stacked for extra height.
Adhere white cardstock on the inside, adhere the two small flowers on this layer.
To finish your card tie a small bow and attach with glue dots and add sequins from the suite or use rhinestone jewels.
