Burnish the score on the card base
Adhere the 4" x 4" piece of color cardstock to the front panel of the card. Then adhere the 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" piece of DSP over the color cardstock layer.
Take the 5" x 3 3/4" piece of white cardstock and stamp your image (large leaves from the stamp set) using Shaded Spruce ink, then stamp off the same image next to the original image.
Stamp the butterflies and your sentiment using Gorgeous Grape ink. Make sure your sentiment is stamped more towards the left side of the panel so that it doesn't show when you close the card front.
See pic for image placement.
Take the strip of crumb cake and burnish the score line. Apply wet glue or tear tape to the back of the 1/2" section. Lay that section on the center-right edge of the card base. The scoreline should be right on the edge of the card.
Adhere the Gorgeous Grape panel to the inside of the card.
Then adhere the stamped Basic White panel onto the Gorgeous Grape panel.
Take the 8 1/2" x 1" piece of white card stock and using the larger lavender flower image, stamp 3 sets of flowers using Fresh Freesia ink.
Next, using the smaller Lavender flower image, stamp over the Fresh Freesia images using Gorgeous Grape ink.
Stamp the stem image on the 3" x 1" piece of white cardstock, using Shaded Spruce ink.
Die-cut the stamped images.
NOTE: After you die cut the stems, you will need to trim a small bit from the bottom of the stems. This is to ensure that once the stems are adhered to the flowers, the length of the bouquet will fit properly on the card front.
Apply Wink of Stella on the 3 stamped flower images.
Assemble the 3 flower stems, using glue dots at the base of the flowers.
Using glue dots, adhere the stem piece at the bottom of the layered flower pieces.
Fold the flap piece so that it is covering the front panel of the card.
Using Gorgeous Grape ink, stamp your sentiment to the right side of the Crumb Cake strip.
TIP: You may want to lay the flower bouquet over the left side of the strip so that you can see how much room you have for your sentiment.
Once you have stamped the sentiment, it's time to adhere the flower bouquet. Before adding glue or adhesive, ensure that the bouquet will be positioned so that the top and bottom do not go past the top of bottom of the card front. Once you are satisfied with the position, apply adhesive only to the section that will lie on the Crumb Cake strip.
Stamp butterflies near the top left and bottom left of the front panel using Gorgeous Grape ink.
Apply the embellishments (I used one of each color).
Take the 2 pieces of Linen Thread and tie a double knot. Adhere that to the flower bouquet near the top of the stems. Use a glue dot for this.
You are finished!
