T here are so many options with this amazing stamp set! For this one, I decided to "fussy cut" the flower out after 2-step stamping it. I love the results but it did take quite a while so I wouldn't want to do more than 1 or 2 for each card!
Project Recipe
The card base is Bermuda Bay Cardstock cut at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2” and folded in 1/2 to create standard card size of 5-1/2" x 4-1/4".
Cut Whisper White Cardstock at 5-1/4" x 4". Use Old Olive Classic Ink to stamp the greeting near the bottom of the layer.
Using Bermuda Bay Classic Ink to stamp the first image, Pool Party Classic Ink to stamp the second image, Daffodil Delight Classic Ink to stamp the centre of the flower and Soft Suede Classic Ink to stamp the dots over the Daffodil Delight centre, stamp 3 flowers on this layer and the 4th flower on a piece of Whisper White Cardstock that measures 3-1/2" x 3-1/2".
Use the Paper Snips to "fussy cut" the 4th flower out.
Attach 3 or 4 Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of the 4th flower. Cut a 24" (approximate) piece of Gold Metallic Thread - stick it to the dimensionals allowing various pieces to extend over the edge.
Add some Liquid Multipurpose Glue over the dimensionals and the back of the flower and attach to the card.
Use Old Olive Classic Ink to stamp 3 leaves on Whisper White Cardstock. Punch leaves out with the Leaf Punch.
Punch out 3 leaves from Old Olive Cardstock.
Use Liquid Multipurpose Glue to attach the stamped leaves to the cardstock leaves.
Use Liquid Multipurpose Glue to attach the leave combinations to the card placing the stems under the "fussy cut" flower.
