Project Recipe
Lightly ink the Hardwood BG stamp with Sahara Sand ink, stamp off once on scratch paper, then lay the card front on the stamp. Apply pressure unevenly over the paper to create a partial impression on the card front. Do the same to the front of your envelope.
Stamp the strawberry image in Sahara Sand inside the card, lower right corner, and then on the lower left corner of the envelope. Stamp sentiment of your choice in the banner using Sahara sand ink also, masking ends of banner with sticky notes or scrap paper if needed.
Emboss the pink panel with Elegant Dots embossing folder. Outline 3 edges of panel with white gel pen, leaving one long side unlined. Adhere to card front with the card front flush with the right hand edge of the card and about 3/4" from the top.
Stamp the strawberry image in a waterproof black ink, like Stazon or Versafine. Stamp the sentiment of your choice in the banner with the same ink, masking the ends of the banner with sticky notes or scrap paper if needed.
Color image with Aqua-painter and ink squeezed off of ink pads.
Paper pierce around the strawberry square using the Paper Piercing guide. Apply dimensional tape to the back of the panel at the top and bottom of the square. Set aside for a moment.
Cut the 4" long strip of Burlap ribbon in half lengthwise, then take one of those halves and cut a dovetail, or banner end, into one end by folding the end in half, then cutting from the fold diagonally to the corner.
Adhere to the card running from the right edge towards the center, and about 1" from the bottom of the pinkp anel.
Adhere the gold ribbon over the Burlap ribbon.
Adhere strawberry panel to the pink panel, flush with the right edge of the card and centered on the pink panel.
Adhere a scattering of clear or crystal iridescent sequins with your favorite liquid glue.
