You will take your stamparatus or another area that you can get wet and clean up quickly. I have also used a Tim Holtz Silicone mat.
Once you have that set up you will take the ink pads and pat color all over the surface area of your watercolor paper. Start with the lightest color first and work to the darkest color. Mine went like this:
So Saffron
Magenta Madness
Just Jade
Once you have all the colors stamped around your area you will then spritz it with water. You do not need a lot of water. (if you want to repeat this process and use White Shimmer paper would work as well. DO NOT USE ALOT OF WATER WITH THIS)
You can add a bit more water to the watercolor paper.
Once you have it spritzed you will then place your watercolor paper down in the center. Hold it there for a few minutes and allow it to pull up some water. Pull it up and let it sit to dry or heat set. Either way will take out the curl. If you want the color to thin out you can dab it off with a paper towel.
Once it is completely dry, you can now emboss it with your favorite embossing folder.
Sorry, this is one that I was unable to do ahead of time for you. It would not give you the same effect if I did it. I tried.
Once it is embossed and dry you can now add a touch of color to the embossed image, I did this with a sponge brayer (any brayer will work).
Lightly go over the image with the misty moonlight ink.
After that, I simply added the butterfly that was cut out of the Butterfly bijou paper. (I did add some wink of Stella to the butterfly)
I also added a few opal rounds to top off my project.
Adhere this to your Magenta Madness cardstock and then to your card base. Decorate the inside to your heart's desire.
I decided to leave the sentiment for the inside. I thought it was too pretty to mess up.
