Project Recipe
Measurements:
Thick Basic White:
11" x 4 1/4", score @ 5 1/2"
Basic White:
5" x 3 3/4"
Silver Foil:
5 1/4" x 4"
Instructions:
Score and burnish the card base.
Take the large detailed Magnolia die, place it in the center of the silver foil layer and cut out the flower.
Take the silver foil negative piece and adhere that to the front of the card base.
Take the Basic White layer and randomly stamp the smaller flower stamp using Smokey Slate ink. I stamped off once. You could stamp off twice if you want a lighter image.
Adhere this to the front of the card base, over the silver foil layer.
Apply dimensional to the back of the die-cut magnolia flower. Just place them where you have room, do not worry about cutting down the dimensionals and trying to adhere them to the leaves.
Center the die cut over the card front.
Add your embellishments to the card front.
Stamp your sentiment of choice using Smokey Slate ink. Stamp the floral image under the sentiment.
Note, if you make a boo-boo while stamping the sentiment (we all do it from time to time!), just cut a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Basic White card stock and stamp the sentiment on that. Then you can adhere it to the inside of the card.
Stamp the floral image on the front of the envelope.
You are finished!
