tamps. Ink. Paper.
It's that simple.
Spritzing ink with water adds a colorful background.
Project Recipe
Create a card base from Cherry Cobbler cardstock cut at 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4".
On a piece off Shimmery White cardstock cut at 4" x 5 1/4". Create the background as follows:
Use a background stamp OR a stamping block to add ink to the paper. I used these colors:
--Cajun Craze
--Mango Melody
--Pear Pizzazz
Then, spritz water onto the ink and allow it to bleed. Set it aside to dry.
Once the spritzed piece is dry, stamp the large tree image over it using Early Espresso ink.
Then add the birdhouse. For the birdhouse use water based markers to color the two birds, the birdhouse, and the rope. I used these colors:
--Cherry Cobbler
--Mango Melody
--Crumb Cake
Because the ink on the stamp will dry quickly, huff on it with your breath and then stamp.
At the bottom left, stamp the sentiment using black ink.
The supplies I used to create this card are listed below.
