A gain I used my past retired stamp sets for this card... in parenthesis I put a stamp set from the new catalog 20/21 that could be used as well...

Rose Red CB 5.5x4.25" Top Fold
2. Whisper White CS - Stamp after placing Soft Seafoam tag in desired location of card front
3. Add Flowers in 3's at two opposing corners of the tag
4. Attach tag with dimensionals an with Wink of Stella, paint glitter highlights
5. Add Sentiment inside and share....:)
