T he Hydrangea Hill print papers in the new January - June 2021 mini catalog are stunning. One of the papers has this print that has room to add a sentiment. It is so easy to make a beautiful card.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Gorgeous Grape 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Highland Heather paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Hydrangea Hill paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛
Stamp Happy Birthday greeting from the Sweet Ice stamp set on Hydrangea Hill print card front with Gorgeous Grape ink.
Attach stamped card front to Highland Heather card mat. Attach these to card front.
Attach 3 rhinestones under Birthday greeting. Use Wink of Stella to add glimmer to Hydrangea at base of card front. I used the Wink of Stella on the darker parts of the flowers.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
