Project Recipe
Cut cardstock, designer paper, and foil sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Powder Pink Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Rich Razzleberry Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" of multi-colored tiny hearts on a white background design from Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 4" square from Powder Pink Cardstock
- 2-1/2" square from Melon Mambo Cardstock
- 1-1/4" square from Gold Foil Sheets
Pick out the curved heart framelit from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits that cuts out a 3-7/8" wide curved heart. Place the Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper rectangle on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the curved heart framelit on top so it is centered top to bottom and about 3/8" in from the left side. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Keep the large piece of paper with the heart cut out of the left side to use on this project. Keep the heart cut out to use on a future project.
Adhere the designer paper rectangle with the heart cut out of the left side to the Rich Razzleberry rectangle and then to the front of the Powder Pink card.
Mount the floral "happy" sentiment from the Happy Wishes Set on Block I. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it on the Powder Pink square near the top (leave room to cut out the heart though).
Pick out the curved heart framelit from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits that cuts out a 3-5/16" wide curved heart. Place the stamped Powder Pink square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the curved heart framelit on top so it is centered over the sentiment side to side with the sentiment being in the top of the heart. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the sentiment heart inside the heart cut out in the designer paper on the card front.
Mount the "day" sentiment on Block A. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Melon Mambo square.
Pick out the curved heart framelit from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits that cuts out a 1-3/4" wide curved heart. Place the stamped Melon Mambo square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the curved heart framelit on top so it is centered over the sentiment. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the Melon Mambo heart to the card front so it overlaps the Powder Pink heart on the right side and the flower at the base of the "y" on the pink heart is in the dip at the top of the Melon Mambo heart.
Pick out the curved heart framelit from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits that cuts out a curved heart this is 3/4" wide. Place the Gold Foil Sheets square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the curved heart framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Use a Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the foil heart to the card front so it overlaps the pink heart on the right side and the Melon Mambo heart on the left side just below the word "day" on the Melon Mambo heart.
Cut a 4" piece of Gold 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon on Grid Paper so your work surface will be protected. Use the brush tip of the Light Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Marker to color one side of the ribbon. Set it aside to let it dry completely.
Carefully peel up 3 of the gold hearts from the Metallic Enamel Shapes and adhere them to the card front over the top of a heart on the designer paper in the lower left corner and over the edge between the designer paper and the large heart cut out and Melon Mambo heart on the right sides.
Cut a 4" piece of Gold Mini Sequin Trim.
Fold the sequin trim in half. Using a Mini Glue Dots, adhere it to the card front along the left edge of the pink heart near the floral swoosh under the word.
Tie a half knot in the center of the altered Metallic-Edge Ribbon. Trim the ends. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the knot bow over the top of the Sequin Trim.
