O
riginal card by Mary Fish.
My adjustments were to layer the Happy with Brushed Gold cardstock and to add the gold embellishments from the Sprig punch. I also added score lines on all 4 sides of my white cardstock layer.

Using your scoring board, take the Basic White cardstock layer and score at 1/4" and 1/2" on all 4 sides.
Mount this on the Thick Basic White cardstock base.
Stamp the image on the 3 3/4" x 3 1/2" piece of Basic White cardstock, using Black Memento Ink.
Color the image using your choice of coloring medium. For the Blends version, I used Dark & Light Cherry Cobbler, Light Mango Melody, Light Just Jade and Light Shaded Spruce.
For the watercolor version, I used Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green, and Garden Green. I used Wink of Stella as my liquid to color with the pencils.
Use the Happy die and cut one from the Basic Black cardstock and one from the Brushed Gold Cardstock.
Apply liquid multipurpose glue to the back of the black cardstock and attach it to the gold die-cut, slightly layering it so that just a little of the gold peeks out.
Stamp HOLIDAYS on a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock and fussy cut it.
Take the 2 gold Sprigs and attach them to the back of the colored image.
Apply double-sided adhesive on the back of the stamped image and attach it to the scored Basic White cardstock layer.
Apply liquid glue to the back of the Happy die cut and attach it to the card front. TIP - you could also use Double-Sided Adhesive Sheets on the back of the Brushed Gold cardstock before you die-cut it. I do not recommend you use this on the black layer, however, because you need to be able to slide that piece a little bit to get the layers lined up right.
Use mini dimensional to adhere the HOLIDAYS layer over the P & Y on the Happy Die cut
Your card is finished!
