Project Recipe
Using Pool Party Ink, stamp the tree stamp from the Happy Hedgehogs stamp set, randomly on the Designer Series Paper.
You can now adhere this to the front of your card base.
Next, I used the Blending brush with Pool Party ink to create a background on one of the pieces of Basic White (4 x 5-1/4). Once that was done, I used the rectangle die from the PictureThis dies to create three little rectangles. You could also use the Stitched Rectangle Dies if that's what you have.
Using Old Olive Ink, I stamped the little grass stamp along the bottom of each rectangle to make a base for my critters.
Stamp your hedgehogs, mushroom and bird on a second piece of Basic White Cardstock. Colour with your favourite colouring tools (I used Stampin' Blends) and fussy cut them out. If you have the bundle, you can use the punch for the larger hedgehog.
I used a 1-3/4" circle punch, which unfortunately is now retired, on Crushed Curry Card stock. You can use your layering circles dies if you have those. I stamped my sentiment in Versamark ink, and used white embossing powder, completing with the Stampin Up! Heat tool.
Arrange your elements to your pleasure and adhere with your favourite adhesive. I prefer Tombow Mono Liquid glue, but it's purely preference. Next place your bow, if you want to use it.
On the inside of my card, I stamped the tree stamp (stamped off first) on the Basic White and glued it onto the soft suede. I don't usually stamp a sentiment on the inside until I know who I'm going to use the card for. Don't forget to do your envelope, too.
