T his Anniversary Card I made using paper samples that my Upline gave to us to show us what the paper pack looked like. I repurpose the paper once the paper is no longer current and made this card.
Project Recipe
Cut a piece of card stock 4-1/4" x 11" score it at 5-1/2" this is the card base. I used Marina Mist.
The paper sample size is 4"x3" this technique would work with any current or retired paper. Then cut a piece of whisper white card stock at 2-1/4"x 4". I have embossed this on some card, this particular card I did not. Then cut your layers. I used the layer circles and picked a scalloped circle that would layer nicely with a 2" circle punch. I cut the marina mist card stock with the scallop circle. Then punch out a 2" circle from the silver foil paper, then layered a piece of whisper white that I cut out using the stitched circle framelit. Stamp you sentiment onto the stitched circle the layer it together. Pop it up using a dimensional. I added a piece of 1/2" x 4" silver foil to cover the seam where the two pieces of card stock meet. Then add a enamel glitter dot. Quick and simple card that would look great for any occasion.
