cut DSP of your choice - 1.25" x 4"
cut DSP of your choice 4.25x4"
4. cut tag out
5. cut Ephemera out of your choice
6. add .25" strip of DSP over the place to cover up the meeting of the other 2 DSP
7. Add your embellishments, tags and buttons and twine....
8. attach and add your wink of stella!
