T echnique project on how to make a Flap Fold card
Project Recipe
Using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool, score the 4-1/2" x 10-15/16" Daffodil Delight cardstock at the 2-1/2" and 6-3/4" mark.
Using the Scallop Trim Border Punch, punch a border on the shortest part of the Daffodil Delight cardstock.
Using Snail adhesive, adhere the piece of Designer Series paper to front flap of the Daffodil Delight cardstock.
Using the 2-1/2" Circle Punch, punch out a circle from the Daffodil Delight cardstock with the score line in the center.
Using the flower images from the Painted Petals stamp set and Stampin' Write Markers (Rose Red, Rich Razzleberry and Pacific Point) stamp the flowers on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.
Using the leaf image from the Painted Petals stamp set and Stampin' Write Markers (Wild Wasabi) stamp the leaves next to the stamped flowers.
Using the 1-3/4" Circle Punch, punch out the stamped flower image. Adhere on top of the Wild Wasabi Scallop Circle.
Using the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch, punch out one from Wild Wasabi cardstock. Adhere the bottom of it inside the punched out circle.
Stamp the 'To A Great Friend' sentiment from Simply Wonderful stamp set and the sentiment from Painted Petals on Whisper White cardstock with Rose Red ink. Punch each out with the Decorative Label punch. Then, using a Sponge Dauber and Wild Wasabi ink, sponge around the edges.
Using Snail adhesive, adhere inside sentiment as shown in the picture.
Using a Stampin' Dimensional, adhere sentiment on the front (put dimensional on the bottom so the flap can tuck inside.
