T he Forever Greenery Suite is filled with beautiful product. I used the Forever Fern Bundle, Greenery Embossing Folders, Gold Laser-cut Specialty Paper, Gold Hoops Embellishments and the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper. This card is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
Project Recipe
Cut Instructions: DSP = Designer Series Paper
Card Base - Garden Green - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Layer 1 - Basic Black - 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
Layer 2 - Forever Greenery DSP - 2 1/4 x 5 1/4
Layer 3 - Whisper White - 4 x 5 1/4
Layer 4 - Pretty Peacock - 3 1/2 x 4 1/2
Layer 5 - Whisper White - 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
Layer 6 - Basic Black - 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
Layer 7 - Whisper White - 4 x 5 1/4
Layer 1 - Adhere to card front.
Layer 2 - Adhere to Layer 1 on the left side leaving a small edge.
Layer 3 - Run through the Flowered Greenery Embossing Folder.
Cut down to 2 x 5 1/4.
Adhere to Layer 1 just to the right of Layer 2 it should leave a small edge on the right side.
Layer 4 - Using the layering circle dies and the Forever Flourishing dies. Cut out about a 2 1/2" circle and a curved fern.
Set the curved fern to the side.
Using Layer 4 (circle) as a guide apply the Gold lazer- cut leaves using Mini Glue Dots.
Wrap a couple of loops with the Gold Trim ribbon and adhere to card front as shown using Layer 4 as a guide.
Pop up Layer 4 (circle) layering over the leaves and trim using stampin dimensionals.
Layer 5 - Stamp sentiment in Black Memento ink then cut out with the Stitched Shapes circle. (about 2" circle)
Adhere to Layer 4 (circle).
Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue adhere one Gold Hoop around Layer 5.
Adhere the Fern that you set aside to the bottom of the Gold Hoop.
Layer 6 - Adhere to the inside of the card.
Layer 7 - Stamp the leaf image using Pretty Peacock ink in the lower right hand corner.
Stamp sentiment onto center of Layer 8 in Black Memento ink. Then adhere to the inside of the card.
