Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Just Jade Cardstock at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored at 5-1/2"
- 4-3/16" x 5-7/16" from Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight Cardstock
- 2" x 4" from Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight Cardstock
- 2" x 4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1" x 3" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 4" from Adhesive Sheets
- 1-1/2" x 4" from Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight Cardstock
Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to the short open edge on the right side of the folded Just Jade card on the back side. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the long, stems and flowers die from the Ornate Borders Dies. Put it on top of the right edge of the Just Jade open card on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the Just Jade (green) side is facing up. Leave a small amount of green on the right side of the die. Run through the tool. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. Make sure the protective backing for the Adhesive Sheet stays in place for now.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the back of the end of the Just Jade card front and add Stampin' Seal to the rest of the back of the Just Jade card front. Adhere the Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight rectangle to the back of the card front.
As you are ready to stamp using the Field Of Flowers Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Put a piece of Grid Paper on top of the mat to protect it from ink.
Place the opened card front on the piece of Grid Paper on top of the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Mount the long strip of leaves and stems image from the Field Of Flowers Set on Block I. Ink it up with the Just Jade Ink Pad. Stamp it along the bottom of the opened Just Jade card so the bottoms of the stems go off the bottom of the card.
Mount the "Always" sentiment from the Field Of Flowers Set on Block H. Ink it up with the coordinating color of ink pad (Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight). Stamp it in the center of the large white rectangle.
Pick out the stitched rectangle die that cuts out a rectangle that is 1-5/16" x 3-5/16" from the Stitched Rectangles Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so it is centered over the sentiment. Run through the tool.
Pick out the stitched rectangle die that cuts out a rectangle that is 1-11/16" x 3-11/16" from the Stitched Rectangles Dies. Put it on top of the coordinating color of cardstock (Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight) on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool.
Adhere the sentiment rectangle cut out to the center of the colored cardstock rectangle.
Adhere the layered sentiment rectangles to the front of the card so they are centered side to side between the fold and the die cut edge of the Just Jade layer and are about 3/4" from the top.
Mount the small sentiment of choice from the Field Of Flowers Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Just Jade Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the smaller white rectangle.
Pick out the stitched rectangle die that cuts out a rectangle that is 1/2" x 2-1/2" from the Stitched Rectangles Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so it is centered over the sentiment. Run through the tool.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment cut out to the front of the card so it is centered over the bottom edge of the larger, layered sentiment rectangles.
For the Bumblebee or Magenta Madness card, cut a 3-1/4" piece of the coordinating piece of ribbon (Magenta Madness 2020-2022 In Color 1/4" Ribbon or Bumblebee 1/4" Gingham Ribbon). Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the card front at a slight angle where the smaller and larger sentiment rectangles meet on the right side.
For the Misty Moonlight card, cut an 18" piece of the Misty Moonlight/silver Baker's Twine from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack. Fold the twine in half. Tie a small bow in the center of the folded twine. Trim the ends. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the twine bow to the card front at a slight angle in the angle where the large and small sentiment rectangles meet on the right side.
Mount the set of six small flowers image from the Field Of Flowers Set on Block H. Ink it up with the coordinating color ink pad (Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight). Stamp it on the small strip of coordinating color cardstock (Bumblebee, Magenta Madness, or Misty Moonlight) as close to the bottom edge as possible so the two smallest flowers are on the bottom edge.
Unlock the Confetti Flowers Border Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped cardstock strip into the punch so it butts up against the guide at the back of the punch and the flowers line up inside the punching areas. Punch.
Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere three of the largest punched out tiny flowers to the tops of some of the stems stamped along the bottom edge of the card front.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 3 small rhinestones from a sheet of Rhinestone Basic Jewels making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the centers of the tiny punched out flowers.
