F ield & Flower is such a versatile paper pack. The papers coordinate well. You can use this design and one color card base to make a variety of cards.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Bumblebee 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Cut Basic White cardstock:
One piece - 2 ⅝ X 4 ¼
One piece - 3 ½ X 4 ¾
Cut from the Flower & Field print papers:
One piece of the Bumblebee dot print - 2 ½ X 4 ¼
One piece of the floral print - 3 ⅜ X 4 ⅝
See picture for placement of papers -
Attach dot print paper to white cardstock that is 2 ⅝ X 4 ¼. Attach this piece to front of the card base, 1 ½ from the bottom of the card front.
Attach floral print to the white cardstock that is 3 ½ X 4 ¾. Use Stampin dimensionals to attach this piece over the dot paper.
Stamp birthday greeting with Bumblebee ink on white cardstock. Punch out with scallop oval punch. Die a piece of Bumblebee with the 2nd smallest stitched oval die. Attach the punched birthday greeting to the Bumblebee oval. Attach to the print paper. Attach matte blackdot to card front.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
