" Just a Note" accompanied by two perky sunflowers
Project Recipe
Cut your paper:
Balmy Blue: 4 1/2" x 11" (Score at 5 1/2")
Daffodil Delight: 3" x 8 1/2" (x 2)
Early Espresso: 1" x 3"
Wood Texture DSP: 1 3/4" x 4 1/4"
Garden Green: 1 3/4" x 8 1/2"
Very Vanilla: 1 3/4" scrap; 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp a total of six daisy images on the Daffodil Delight CS using Daffodil Delight ink.
Punch these out using the Daisy Punch.
Stamp a total of 4 'branches' from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set on the Garden Green CS using the Garden Green ink. Punch these out using the Painted Harvest punch.
Stamp 'Just a Note' in Early Espresso on the scrap of Very Vanilla. Punch this out using the Tailored Tag punch.
Using a background stamp from Touches of Texture and Balmy Blue ink, stamp randomly on cardbase front.
Punch 2 circles out of the Early Espresso cardstock using the 1 1/4" circle punch.
Using Snail adhesive, adhere 3 Daisy pieces together, rotating each piece slightly to create a full looking 'sunflower.' Repeat with remaining three Daisy pieces.
Using Snail, adhere the Early Espresso circles on the front of the flowers to complete the sunflower look.
Using Snail, adhere the sentiment to the piece of Wood Textures DSP. Adhere Wood Textures DSP to the bottom of the cardbase front using 3 pieces of foam strips - either side and bottom; leave the top 'open.'
Using Snail, adhere 2 'branches' together (slipping first piece slightly inside the 'crate' you've created) to mimic a sunflower stalk. Repeat with other 2 pieces.
Adhere 'sunflowers' to top of 'stalks' using dimensionals.
Using Wink of Stella, wash the Early Espresso circle on each flower for a little sparkle.
Adhere Very Vanilla panel to inside of card.
