Project Recipe
Cut all card stock.
8.5" x 5.5" Daffodil Delight
Score that piece at 4.25
Wood Textures DSP - cut to 4" x 5.25
Whisper White: 4" x 5.25"
Stamp 6 large daisies in Daffodil Delight ink on Daffodil Delight card stock. Then punch with Daisy punch or fussy cut each.
Using one of the green scraps you have, run at least 2 ferns through the Big Shot. Using another color green scrap, stamp the inside in the same ink color and punch with leaf punch or fussy cut. You'll need at least 2 to 3 leaves.
Carefully pull the daisy petals back so you can fill the center with VersaMark. First, wipe the center with your embossing buddy. Next, wipe in VersaMark. You'll need to do this on 3 daisies. Carefully pour gold embossing powder over VersaMark. Finally, dry with embossing tool.
Repeat these steps using a scrap of white and your greeting.
Like a Christmas ribbon, curl the daisy petals up.
Using green glue, stick the DSP to the center of the front of the card base.
Assemble the front of the card with the 3 daisies. Note: Each daisy has a bottom layer glued to the card and a top layer using a dimensional in the center. Then a scrap of Daffodil Delight below your Whisper White greeting and glue down. You can use dimensionals to secure the greeting to the yellow. Finally, add your ferns and leaves to finish the front of the card.
Last step! On the large Whisper White card stock, stamp your greeting in the top center. Add a small Daffodil Delight to the lower left of the card stock and to the lower left of the outside of the envelope.
