e are going to make this card at my dear friend's workshop on Saturday. She chose this stamp set and I designed this card as one of the make and takes that the group will make. I used pool party card stock for the card base and for the cutout using the new Starburst punch. Don't you love this punch? For the banner I used the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series paper. This paper has so many wonderful designs and lovely color combinations.
