Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 3" x 4-1/2" from Soft Sky Cardstock
- 1" x 2-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
- scrap of Garden Green Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 3" of different colored dots on white background design from Coffee Break Designer Series Paper
- 1-3/4" x 2-1/4" of light blue herringbone design from Coffee Break Designer Series Paper
- 2 strips each 3/8" x 2-1/2" of light green stripes on white background design from Coffee Break Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are vertical
As you are ready to stamp on each piece of cardstock using the Coffee Cafe stamps, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Be sure to place a piece of scratch paper between the mat and the cardstock if you will be stamping off the edges of the cardstock so that you don't get ink on the mat.
Mount the small, striped heart image on Block A. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad and stamp it randomly all over the front of the Pear Pizzazz card. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. You don't have to stamp in the middle as that will be covered. Let some of the hearts go off the edges of the card.
Mount the small, outline heart image on Block A. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad and stamp it randomly all over the front of the Pear Pizzazz card. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. You don't have to stamp in the middle as that will be covered. Let some of the hearts go off the edges of the card and let some of them overlap the striped hearts.
Adhere the Soft Sky rectangle to the center of the stamped card front.
Adhere the two strips of light green striped Coffee Break Designer Series Paper to the top and bottom of the Soft Sky rectangle so they are centered side to side.
Mount the large outline coffee cup image from the Coffee Cafe Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the rectangle of dotted Coffee Break Designer Series Paper.
Pick out the matching larger coffee cup framelit from the Coffee Cups Framelits. Place the stamped cup image on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the cup framelit on top so it is centered over the stamped image. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Mount the "life happens coffee helps" sentiment from the Coffee Cafe Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the light blue herringbone pattern rectangle of Coffee Break Designer Series Paper.
Mount the outline cup sleeve image from the Coffee Cafe Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Stamp it over the sentiment on the designer paper so it frames the sentiment.
Pick out the matching cup sleeve framelit (not the corrugated one) from the Coffee Cups Framelits. Place the stamped cup sleeve image on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the cup sleeve framelit on top so it is centered over the stamped image. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the cup sleeve cut out to the center of the cup cut out.
Adhere the cup cut out to the front of the card so it is centered from side to side and about 1/2" up from the strip of designer paper on the bottom of the Soft Sky rectangle.
Mount the plastic lid image on Block G. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad. Stamp it on the long, narrow strip of Whisper White.
Pick out the matching lid framelit from the Coffee Cups Framelits. Place the stamped lid image on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the lid framelit on top so it is centered over the stamped image. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Pick out the tiny heart topped cup stopper framelit from the Coffee Cups Framelits. Place the scrap of Garden Green Cardstock on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the stopper framelit on top. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
