Project Recipe
Using the Stamparatus, the Buffalo Check Background stamp and highland heather classic ink, stamp onto a 4 1/2" square of highland heather cardstock.
Using the stitched shapes, die cut the 3 largest circles from the green design from the Botanical Butterfly DSP pack. Die cut the corresponding scalloped circles from Lemon Lime twist cardstock and stick them together. Stick the circles to the Highland heather background, overlapping them.
Stamp the patterned butterfly from the butterfly gala stamp set onto whisper white card , using highland heather ink. Using the infill stamps from the set and lemon lime twist ink, add colour to the wings. Use the coordinating punch to punch out the butterflies. Add the body sections with highland heather ink. Stamp the Happy Birthday greeting from the Piece of Cake stamp set onto a strip of lemon lime twist card. Cut the ends into a banner shape. Stick the banner and the butterflies to the circles.
Tie a length of lemon lime twist ribbon and highland heather ribbon from the organdy ribbon combo pack around the card front and tie a knot. Stick the card front to a 5" white card base.
Add some rhinestones to embellish
