P retty gift card using Stampin' Up! products.
Project Recipe
Cut cardstock, designer paper, and glimmer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Whisper White Thick Cardstock at 3" x 6" and scored at 3"
- 2-3/4" square of dark green filigree on lighter green background design from Christmastime Is Here Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 4" from Gold Glimmer Paper
Adhere the square of Christmastime Is Here Specialty Designer Series Paper to the front of the 3x3" Whisper White Thick gift card.
Pick out both fleur-de-lis flourish dies from the Roses Dies. Put them on top of the Gold Glimmer Paper piece on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the tool. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
As you are ready to stamp using the Christmas Rose Photopolymer Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "May this Christmas..." or "Wishing you the gifts..." sentiment from the Christmas Rose Photopolymer Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white rectangle.
Pick out the smaller, angular label die from the Roses Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the sentiment is centered. Run through the tool.
Put a line of Stampin' Dimensionals down the horizontal center of the back of the sentiment cut out. Remove the protective backings and adhere the sentiment cut out to the center of the front of the gift card.
Use Fine-Tip Glue Pen or Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the fleur-de-lis flourish cut outs to the front of the card so the bottom edges are tucked under the sentiment cut out on the top and bottom.
