A sunflower repurposed into a Christmas Wreath! Artist Trading Cards Swap July 2018.
Project Recipe
Use an online template to cut ATC card bases to 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Ten can be cut from one sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 inch cardstock.
Turn the Handwritten stamp upside down and ink with Tranquil Tide.
Carefully lay the front of the ATC Tranquil Tide piece on the stamp. Rub gently to make sure ink transfers to cardstock.
Why? 1. You can make sure your stamping is straight.
2. You can control the coverage.
Cut 10 pieces of Whisper White cardstock to 2 x 3 inches.
Stamp wreath using 2-step Stamping technique. Stamp first in Granny Apple Green. Then stamp in Tranquil Tide making sure to line up arrow on stamps.
Use embossing buddy over entire Whisper White piece. With Versamark ink, stamp sentiment. Use Versamark pen to add dots to wreath.
Sprinkle with embossing powder.
*Note: I made 4 at a time then heat. See picture.
Use a distressing tool to make the edges of the white card rough. Ink with Lovely Lipstick ink.
Adhere wreath piece to background with dimensionals, turning it for interest.
Add rhinestones, and use a permanent marker to color them red.
