A little shaker card made simply with Polypocket and Photopocket Fuse Tool.
Project Recipe
I used a circle die to draw an outline on Polypocket to create the shaker piece.
I then used the balloon die as a guide to seal around this with the fuse tool. It is important to remember to leave an opening in the shaker piece at this stage to allow you to fill it with sequins/confetti. I've marked two little lines in ink to suggest how much to leave open for this purpose. Cut the shaker piece out with scissors between the lines of the fuse tool sealed area (you can just about see the perforated look of the seal on the picture) and the drawn outline.
Once the shaker piece if filled with confetti, the fuse tool can be used to seal the remainder of the enclosure on the shaker piece.
Die cut card base (10.5cm x 29.6cm) and mat (9.5cm x 13.8cm) both together to ensure shaker aperture is exactly positioned on both.
You should now have your base card with die cut aperture, your mat with die cut aperture and your shaker piece, ready to assemble.
I simply glued down the shaker piece using Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then glued the mat layer over this.
Decorate as desired. In this instance I created a little bear using the Fox Builder Punch. I will create a separate tutorial showing instructions on the Foxy Friends Punch Art.
And don't forget to decorate your envelope. :)
