T his is an easy card to make. All you need is cardstock (CS), coordinating designer series paper (DSP), and adhesive.
Project Recipe
Punch out the top of the ice-cream cone in Pool Party and Old Olive cardstock. Punch the cone out in Cinnamon Cider CS
Start with a piece of Real Red cardstock (CS) measuring 8" x 7". Score at 2 1/2" and 5 1/2".
Cut out a 1 1/2" Basic White cardstock (CS) Circle with the Dies. And another one in the same color measuring 2".
Cut out 1 3/4" circle in Old Olive cardstock (CS), and a 2 1/4" scallop circle out of Pool Party CS.
Cut a piece of Basic White CS 6 3/4" x 2 1/2" for the front of the card.
Also cut a strip of Pool Party CS measuring 5" x 1 1/4" for the inside of the card.
Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the Ice Cream Corner DSP measuring 6 3/4" x 3/4" to go on the front of the card.
Cut another piece of DSP measuring 6 3/4 x 2 1/4" for the inside.
Cut a piece of Real Red CS at 3" x 3/4",
Using Memento Ink Pad (or coordinating color of your choice), stamp the smaller white circle for the front, and the larger white circle for the inside.
Stamp the strip of Pool Party CS with Happy Birthday from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set.
Cut the ends of the Real Red strip of CS and the Pool Party CS you just stamped to make fishtails.
If you choose to, you can use the Detailed Trio Punch to round the corners of the large piece of Real Red CS and the corners of the DSP to coordinate when you adhere them to the cardbase.
Using Tear and Tape adhere the sides of the lower portion of the Real Red CS against the edge of either end of the 8" x 7" piece of Real Red CS to create the pocket for the money.
Remove the backing and adhere the CS together.
Stamp the Cinnamon Cider cones with the criss-cross stamp from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set using Early Espresso Ink Pad.
Adhere the DSP you cut for the inside of the card on the bottom half with Liquid Glue or Stampin' Seal.
Adhere the Pool Party piece of CS with the Happy Birthday stamp next.
Adhere the large white circle onto the scalloped Pool Party circle with Stampin' Dimensionals. Next, adhere it to the top flap of the inside of the card with Stampin' Seal or Liquid Glue.
Moving to the front of the card.
Adhere white strip of CS to the flap.
Adhere the strip of DSP (round the corners if you prefer) to the bottom third of the flap on top of the white CS.
Add adhesive to the Pool Party punched Ice Cream cone to the front, and add the cone slightling under the edge of the ice cream.
Repeat using the Old Olive ice cream and cone.
Adhere the small white circle to the center of the Old Olive CS circle with Dimensionals.
Fishtail the Real Red CS strip and adhere it to the card.
Using Dimensionals adhere the Old Olive circle with the white circle to the red strip.

Using Liquid Glue adhere the Ice Cream Corner Sprinkes to the top of the ice cream.
And
On the inside add hearts to the card using Resin Hearts Embellishments.
