Cut cardstock and Glimmer Paper pieces to the following sizes using a cutting and scoring tool:

- 2-1/4" x 4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- scrap of Silver Glimmer Paper
Mount the grouping of firework explosions image from the Birthday Backgrounds Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad and stamp it randomly all over the large white rectangle. Let some of the images go off the edges. Rotate the stamp every so often. Re-ink the stamp every so often. Clean the stamp using the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave the stamp on the block.
Ink up the grouping of firework explosions image on Block C with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad. Stamp it randomly all over the large white rectangle. Let some of the images go off the edges and let some overlap the red stamped images. Rotate the stamp every so often. Re-ink the stamp every so often. Clean the stamp and put it away.
Mount the grouping of tiny dots image from the Birthday Backgrounds Set on Block B. Ink it up with the VersaMark Ink Pad. Stamp it randomly all over the large, stamped, white rectangle. Re-ink the stamp each time. Let some of the images go off the edges. Rotate the stamp every so often.
Lay the stamped white rectangle on top of some Grid Paper in the center. Sprinkle on some Shimmer White Stampin' Emboss Powder so it covers all of the stamped images. Tap off excess powder. Return the excess powder to the container to use again later.
Heat the powder with the Heat Tool until it is completely melted (shiny and more opaque white).
Tip: Use a clothespin to hold the cardstock while using the Heat Tool to avoid burning your fingers.
Adhere the stamped and heat embossed white rectangle to the Real Red rectangle and then to the front of the Blueberry Bushel card.
Mount the row of fire crackers image from the Birthday Backgrounds Set on Block H. Use the brush tips of the Markers to color directly onto the stamp. Use the Crushed Curry Marker on the flames and the Real Red and Blueberry Bushel Markers to alternately color the fire crackers. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp in the center of the small white rectangle.
Mount the "celebrate..." sentiment from the Beautiful You Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad. Stamp it just above the line of fire crackers on the left side.
Pick out the stitched label die from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies that cuts out a label that is 1-3/4" wide. Put it on top of the stamped white rectangle on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the fire crackers and sentiment are centered. Run through the tool.
Pick out the stitched label die from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies that cuts out a label that is 2" wide. Put it on top of the Blueberry Bushel rectangle on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool.
Adhere the white label to the center of the blue label. Then, adhere the matted labels to the center of the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Cut a 3-1/2” piece of Real Red 3/8" Cotton Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the lower left corner of the white label cut out at a slight angle.
Unlock the Twinkle Builder Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the scrap of Silver Glimmer Paper into the punch and punch out 1 large and 2 smaller stars.
Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere the glimmer star punch outs to the card front. Adhere the big one to the white label cut out just above the fire crackers on the right side. Adhere the two smaller stars to the lower right corner of the card front.
